In the game you are never alone. There are game masters who watch the team during the game and help when players ask for their hints.

You just inform us through the communication system that exists inside the room and we immediately accompanyied you outside of it.
Also inside the room, there is a panik button next to the door, so you can use it anytime it’s needed.
All ages are welcome in our store to live the experience of our escape games. For children under the age of 14, there must be a guardian escort.
For the Silent Hill Room a player must be over 16 years old.

If you delay a little, you will just miss valuable minutes from the time you have to solve the room. In case you are late enough, it wont be possible for you to play the specific hour.
We recommend you to come a little earlier to get all the necessary instructions, so you can get the most of the experience.
